Alfardan International is the property arm of Alfardan Group, a Qatari family group with more than seventy years in hospitality, property and luxury retail. Its portfolio is built around hotel-branded homes: Kempinski Residences & Suites and The St. Regis in Doha, Marsa Malaz Kempinski and The Residences at The St. Regis Marsa Arabia Island on The Pearl-Qatar, and Six Senses Kocatas Mansions in Turkey.<br />
In Oman the group built The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort with its 250 rooms and the 162 branded residences next to it on Al Mouj's beach, opened the hotel in June 2024 and handed the residences to owners in August 2024. It also brought Sotheby's International Realty to Oman, whose Muscat office is the exclusive sales agency for the residences.
Alfardan’s Oman project is a single low-rise building that curves along 360 metres of beach between Al Mouj Golf and the sea: a St. Regis hotel in the middle and the residences on either side, sharing the restaurants, the Guerlain spa, the pools, the ballroom and the butler service. Owners hold freehold title in an ITC and qualify for Omani residency.
The group’s track record is in exactly this format, so the residences run like a hotel from the first day: concierge, in-residence dining, laundry and turn-down are part of the service, and owners pay hotel rates with a residents’ discount when they want more.
