DarGlobal – the London-listed developer behind AIDA in Yiti
DarGlobal is the international arm of Dar Al Arkan, the listed Saudi developer, and its own shares have traded on the London Stock Exchange since 2023. It builds branded homes with Trump, Marriott, Nickelodeon and Fendi Casa in Dubai, London, Madrid, Marbella, Bodrum and Oman. Its Omani project is AIDA, a joint venture with OMRAN Group, the government's tourism developer, on a plateau about 130 metres above the Gulf of Oman at Yiti, twenty minutes from Old Muscat and thirty-five from the airport.
AIDA is arranged around the 18-hole Trump International Golf Club Oman and the Trump International Hotel, with Marriott Residences, Nickelodeon Residences and villa clusters on the cliff and down by the beach. DarGlobal sells on interest-free instalment plans paid into the project escrow account, allows resale once 40% of the price is paid and, because AIDA is an Integrated Tourism Complex, registers freehold title for buyers of any nationality together with the right to an Omani residence visa.
Five-bedroom villas beside the fairways
Trump Golf Villas stand on the AIDA plateau, 130 m above the Gulf of Oman, with the 18-hole championship course of the Trump International Golf Club next to the plots. Each villa has five bedrooms on a floor area of 386 m² (4,158 sq ft), interiors finished in premium materials and wide open-plan living areas. Ownership includes membership of the golf club and a branded golf cart kept at the villa for the drive to the first tee.
Beyond the course, AIDA brings hotels, AIDA Beach, shops and restaurants inside one master plan. Muscat International Airport is 35 minutes away, Old Muscat 20 minutes, the beach 8 minutes. The payment plan is 80/20: 20% on booking, 60% as 40 monthly instalments of 1.5% during construction and 20% on handover in Q3 2028, plus a 3% registration fee. Instalments are paid to the developer’s escrow account at list price, and we charge no brokerage fee.

Why invest in Trump Golf Villas
Membership comes with the title
Membership of Trump International Golf Club is attached to ownership of the villa. AIDA is a resort community under construction on the Muscat coast; we quote developer prices, not projected returns.
Resale before handover
After 40% of the price is paid, the contract can be assigned to a new buyer off-plan, before handover.
Residence visa, no property tax
The first payment opens a bank account and a multi-entry visa; after title transfer the owner applies for a renewable residence visa of 5 or 10 years. There is no annual property tax in Oman.

Frequently Asked Questions
What taxes does a buyer pay?
A registration fee of 3% of the price is due on handover, and the first sale from the developer carries 5% VAT. There is no income tax and no capital-gains tax in Oman, so a later resale profit is kept in full.
How can the villa be paid for?
By bank transfer, by card through a payment link, by manager's cheque, in digital currency or in cash up to 4,000 OMR. All payments are made to the developer directly, not through intermediaries.
Where does my money sit until handover?
In a bank-managed escrow account opened for the project. The bank releases funds to the developer against construction milestones, as Omani law requires for off-plan sales. No local bank account is needed; the developer handles the paperwork.
Should a lawyer review the agreement?
Not necessarily. Developers in Oman use a standardised sale and purchase agreement whose form cannot be changed. You may still have your own lawyer read it; we provide the full text ahead of signing.
