DarGlobal is the international arm of Dar Al Arkan, the listed Saudi developer, and its own shares have traded on the London Stock Exchange since 2023. It builds branded homes with Trump, Marriott, Nickelodeon and Fendi Casa in Dubai, London, Madrid, Marbella, Bodrum and Oman. Its Omani project is AIDA, a joint venture with OMRAN Group, the government's tourism developer, on a plateau about 130 metres above the Gulf of Oman at Yiti, twenty minutes from Old Muscat and thirty-five from the airport.<br />
AIDA is arranged around the 18-hole Trump International Golf Club Oman and the Trump International Hotel, with Marriott Residences, Nickelodeon Residences and villa clusters on the cliff and down by the beach. DarGlobal sells on interest-free instalment plans paid into the project escrow account, allows resale once 40% of the price is paid and, because AIDA is an Integrated Tourism Complex, registers freehold title for buyers of any nationality together with the right to an Omani residence visa.

Who DarGlobal is
DarGlobal was set up to hold the international projects of Dar Al Arkan, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest listed developers, and in 2023 it became a listed company in its own right on the London Stock Exchange. Its method is the same in every market: a prime site, an international brand on the building and sales to buyers from the Gulf, Europe and Asia. The brand list includes Trump (Dubai, Jeddah, Oman), Marriott, Nickelodeon, Fendi Casa and others, and the map runs from London and Madrid to Marbella, Bodrum, Dubai and Muscat.
AIDA: what is being built
AIDA is DarGlobal’s joint venture with OMRAN Group on the headland between Yiti and Yenkit, south of Muscat. The plateau sits about 130 metres above the sea, which is why the villas look down on the Gulf of Oman rather than out from the beach. The centre of the plan is the 18-hole Trump International Golf Club Oman with the Trump International Hotel beside it; around them come Marriott Residences, Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts with its own residences, and the villa and townhouse clusters we list: Trump Golf Villas and Trump Cliff Villas, Fairway Villas, Azure Villas by Fendi Casa, Rizz, Halo, Sunrise Haven, Coastal Investment Villas and AIDA Oceana on the beach, plus the Amour Sans Détour townhouses and The Great Escape apartments. Handovers run cluster by cluster from the third quarter of 2028 to the end of 2030.
How buying from DarGlobal works
Every cluster has its own plan, but the mechanics repeat: a booking payment of around 20%, instalments through construction (every six months or as monthly 1% payments, depending on the cluster), and the balance plus the 3% registration fee at handover. Plans are quoted as 80/20, 70/30 or 65/35 and carry no interest. Money is paid into a bank-managed escrow account opened for the project and released to the developer against construction stages. DarGlobal accepts bank transfer, card payment through its link, manager’s cheque and digital currency, and an owner may assign the contract to a new buyer once 40% has been paid, so an exit before handover is possible.
Ownership, residency and rental
AIDA holds Integrated Tourism Complex status: a buyer of any nationality registers freehold title in their own name and can apply for an Omani residence visa. The hotel units are run by the brand operator, which lets and maintains them while the owner holds the title; villas and apartments can be let on the open market or lived in. Every AIDA release is listed at the developer’s own prices.
