Who Sarooj is
Sarooj Development started as a contractor and has spent more than five decades building homes, commercial buildings, surveying and infrastructure works across Oman. Sarooj Oasis is its own residential development inside Sultan Haitham City, the new city the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning is building on about 15 million m² in Al-Seeb, north-west of Muscat, for around 100,000 residents.
